Connecting people beyond boundaries

ICT is focused on Middle Market transactions

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the main source of private sector investment in MENASA − SMEs make up more than 90% of private enterprises across the GCC

Large "Bulge-Bracket" investment banks entering MENASA do not serve SMEs (they are too small)

Traditional banks do not service SMEs which need equity growth financing; commercial banks focus on asset and cash flow based lending

ICT is well positioned to provide financial advisory and capital arranging services to the unique historical economic expansion now underway in MENASA Region because:

  • The principals have been in MENASA Region for a period of 35 plus years thus building a host of long standing relationships with various sources of funds in the region

  • ICT has built a significant deal pipeline. With scaled-up offices in MENASA Region, ICT Oman will be in a position to further monetize its relationships

  • ICT has developed a significant MENASA Region distribution network consisting of high level contacts for deal flow and sources of capital

  • The Team understands and appreciates the Region's business culture

ICT STRENGTHS

ICT is involved in "greenfield" project development that other investment banks avoid. There are many of these types of projects because MENASA Regional economies are in the early stages of diversifying from hydrocarbon
